If you have this question it is because you have always accessed the network from your work place. The test is simple: log in to your account from home. If you succeed, you do not need to worry or do anything. If you are unsuccessful, you need to access the network from your work place, go to the account settings and activate the "remote access" option
4What do we consider a publication?
We consider a publication any contribution to your profile: training courses attended, courses provided, scientific publications, articles, books, book chapters, meetings, workshops, posters, oral presentations, project collaborations, funding acquired, patents, experimental methods, etc.
5Can I change my rate any time?
Yes. After hiring our services, you can change the rate, by expanding the number of publications or networks, simply paying the difference to the rate you want.
However, a change to a lower rate is not possible.
6What warranties do I have when hiring the services?
Hiring a service is formalized through a contract, that specifies the terms and conditions of the service, including: the type of services, its duration, confidentiality agreements and data processing. We take the safety and quality of our work seriously!
7What is the expected period of time required for the configuration, set-up or maintenance of the curriculum?
The time required to deliver your request will depend naturally on the type of services your hire. Just a guide: we will strive to fulfil your request/ deliver your profile within 5 working days starting from the moment we receive the necessary information from you.
- Profile set-up/configuration: you will receive a more precise delivery time in the moment the contract is formalized.
- Profile Maintenance: You will receive a review of your CV monthly, even if we did not receive additional information from you.

9What is your commitment as a customer of the service of profile set-up/configuration?
You have to make sure that the remote access to your accounts is activated so that we can do our work.
You will need to give us with your username and password. Also, all the information you want us to work on.
10What is your commitment as a customer of the Profile Maintenance service?
For us to be able to do our work, you will need to enable remote access to your account as well as to provide us with your username and password.
If you want to change this information, you will need to give us the new information, indicating whenchanges were performed.
You will need to inform us of any information relevant to your CV that is not freely available online. For example: attendance to workshops, meetings, presentations, books or book chapters, etc.
In relation to digital information, please remember that after a publication has been accepted it usually takes some time until this information becomes publicly available. This period of time is different for each journal. So, if you want to make sure that the that information becomes available in your profile in time with the publication of your work, then you need to inform us about it.
